Senior Project Coordinator

PAE Seeks a Senior Project Coordinator on our OSIS Contract in our Alexandria, VA office.

  • Respond to inquiries from the field staff and scheduling decisions

  • Ability to provide oversight to junior staff and/or Project Coordinators

  • Ability to develop, monitor and report on project and contract deliverables

  • Serve as a POC in the absence of the Sr. PM and attend weekly meetings

  • Conduct weekly meetings with Travel Staff in the absence of the Sr. PM

  • Have full knowledge and understanding of the travel schedule for all deployed employees

  • Review program invoices needs in order to resolve discrepancies found prior to final submission to client

  • Provide quality control and assurance of customer invoices prior to submission

  • Ability to provide quality control and review of timesheets and expense reports following submission by employees

  • Ability to prepare reports for program performance and others as needed

  • Develop ways to promote efficiencies and morale amongst the PAE employees

  • Communicate effectively in both written and oral forms with all staff

  • Create, track and modify project schedules

  • Create and customize documents as need for implementing efficiencies within the Field Operations Department


  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, and a minimum of 2-3 years project management experience.

  • Experience working on a government program in an analyst capacity desired.

  • Experience analyzing contracts and data.

  • Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, Costpoint, and DELTEK.

  • Must be willing and able to occasionally travel internationally.

  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Must be able to work effectively in a team and independently when required

  • Working knowledge of the practices, procedures and principles of business finance, accounting and budgeting.

  • Must have Active Secret Clearance
