Production Control Clerk


Job Description:

Supports the DOJ EOIR Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) motion and visa management. Duties include endorsing, analyzing, saving, backing-up, storing, and printing scanned images. Making corrections to scanned images, creating batch sheets, creating shipping logs, data entry, and maintaining databases. Moderate client interactions. Processes visa cases by entering visas, handling correspondence and data entry. All other duties as may be necessary in order to complete the duties previously mentioned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Ability to successfully complete an extensive government background check

  • US Citizenship

  • Effective communication skills both written and spoken

  • Computer literacy, Microsoft office and data entry experience

  • High school diploma

  • Must be detail oriented, dependable, and able to do routine work

  • Five or more years of mail or general office experience

  • Ability to pay attention to detail

  • Ability to lift 25 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree preferred
