Program Manager

Serve as the Program Manager for a classified contract in the Washington Metropolitan Area. The PM will be responsible for program leadership, decision making and management of work requirements utilizing a skilled team in an environment that requires flexibility, adaptability, and responsiveness.

The Program Manager shall demonstrate interpersonal, analytical and communication (written and verbal) skills, the ability to manage support services subcontracts in a diverse and dynamic environment with short-notice tasking’s under high pressure situations.


  • Perform duties as the PAE authorized representative for the technical and administrative performance of all services required under this contract.

  • Represent the company for contractual or administrative questions or difficulties that arise related to the contract.

  • The PM must have the ability to make contractual decisions and obligate his/her team on short-notice, within (60) minutes, as needed by the Government.

  • Provide contract management and administrative oversight to achieve the quantitative and qualitative requirements of this contract.

  • Ensure that all contract requirements are executed at a level equal to or higher than stated standards and shall strive for complete customer satisfaction with all customers.

  • Establish and maintain effective customer relationships with the goal of maintaining a mutually beneficial business relationship with the Government.

  • Plan, direct, and control the overall management and operational functions specified within the contract.

  • Team with Global Supply Chain Management (GSCM) to ensure subcontracts are properly executed and that O&M services are provided in a timely, efficient with minimal disruption to the customer.

  • Key responsibilities on contract performance include adherence to company and government processes, regulations, and statutes, effective management oversight for several critical O&M subcontracts, and achievement of key financial measures.

  • Responsible for the development, maintenance, and implementation of management, technical and program plans.

  • Interface frequently with customers and internal staff, and will be responsible for organizing and conducting program status reviews, team meetings, and various other business rhythms.

  • Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.



  • The Program Manager shall possess, as a minimum:

  • At least five (5) years of demonstrated project/program management experience in support services, facilities, logistics management and security type program(s) exceeding $10M

  • Demonstrated success managing the financial and performance aspects of a support services contract

  • Proficient with IT systems to include, but not limited to MS Office, Adobe and AutoCAD

  • Must possess a current TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph

Preferred Skills/ Attributes:

  • PMP Certification

  • Experience managing subcontractors.


  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
