Senior Program Manager

Program Operations:

  • Perform overall Division management and coordinate all phases of work to include full spectrum of litigation support life cycle from discovery, pre-trial, trial, post-trial, and appeals

  • Be the central point of contact with the government, primarily with the Division’s COR, but also with the Lead Component COR and Contracting Officer; attend weekly and monthly client meetings to review schedules, priorities, and performance issues; and interface with Government attorneys, CORs, Case Managers, Contracting Officer, and other component staff

  • Oversee a program with an annual revenue of 10M

  • Oversee management of Deputy Directors, Lead Project Managers, and Project Managers

  • Oversee strategic planning and technical approach development

  • Review future litigation support and potential staff needs with Case Managers

  • Perform evaluation of new technologies and process improvements to enhance quality and productivity

  • Develop and monitor program schedules

  • Oversee delivery and quality of deliverables; and manage/control task budgets

  • Develop/approve corrective actions for acceptable quality levels; manage/track projects, task orders, task order mods, and funding; and prepare Litigation Support Plans

  • Review and track invoices to ensure all invoices are finalized and submitted to the client each month

  • Approve Division contract expenditures

Technical Management:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and COTs applications commonly used across the entire spectrum of the EDRM

  • Demonstrated knowledge of workflows for identification, collection, processing, review, and production of Electronically Stored Information (ESI)

  • Knowledge of Big Data Analytics and Early Case Assessment applications and workflows

  • Knowledge of kCura Relativity Assisted Review workflows highly preferred

Business Development:

  • Manage proposal efforts for Task Order RFPs with business acumen to produce quality proposals and task order bids to increase win rate on the Mega

  • Resource Management:

  • Manage the hiring and termination decisions with HR support

  • Identify, onboard, and manage PAE employees, subcontractors/vendors

  • Implementation, training, and development of staff

  • Evaluate staff performance and manage subcontractor performance

  • Reassign staff with highly valued skills and knowledge to other projects in the Division needed.

  • Assign staff with highly valued skills and knowledge to non-key positions elsewhere in the corporation

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Minimum of 8 - 10 years of experience with a broad and deep knowledge of litigation support, business administration, human resources management, information resources management, and hands-on familiarity with ESI tools and knowledge of eDiscovery procedures

  • Demonstrated skills in written and oral communication

  • Demonstrated success in the management of Task Order Proposals

Desired Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree valued

  • PMP certification

  • Technical certifications

  • Trial support experience highly desirable
