Business Development SME/Expert

The purpose of this position is to become an Subject Matter Expert (SME) for business development activities for PAE’s Ft Benning proposal team. The SME/Expert will be involved in innovations that will lead to more productive solutions for staffing and ODC costs on the Fort Benning BOS contract. The SME/Expert will also be involved in strategic marketing and planning. The SME/Expert will also be responsible for joining in meetings with potential customers and briefing PAE capabilities.

Job Requirements:

Candidates shall have US Army/Fort Benning experience and/or business development experience with a adjacent organization. Candidates shall have experience developing staffing approaches.

Skill Requirements :

Skills requirements - A strong understanding of the U.S. Government acquisition, budgeting, and requirements processes. Former acquisition experience is a plus. The individual must be sensitive to emerging requirements at Fort Benning and be able to formulate a response to those requirements. Ability to prepare marketing material and brief information to potential customers. Understanding of U.S. Government/US Army proposal requirements.
