Lead Engineer (OCONUS)


The Lead Engineer will be responsible for developing, leading and overseeing complex facilities projects or program that may involve significant acquisitions. They must demonstrate and apply highly developed interpersonal, analytical and communication (written and verbal) skills the ability to manage complex programs in a diverse and dynamic environment with short-notice tasking’s under high pressure situations.


  • Perform duties as the PAE authorized representative for the company.

  • The Lead Engineer should be an experienced tradesperson capable of performing technical security system design, installations, and repairs to the customer's equipment.

  • The Lead Engineer will be responsible for managing all operational requirements within their respective areas of responsibility

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management, Engineering or equivalent

  • Experience working with Ground Surveillance Radar and Vehicle Inspection Systems

  • (5) years of relevant work experience managing major mechanical and electrical utility systems

  • (5) years of experience with CCTV and a total of (3) years of experience in IT Networking, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, GSR, Vehicle Inspection Systems design and installation, Vehicle Barrier and Gate Control Systems, and or Intercom/Emergency Call Systems.

  • Must possess a current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph

  • (2) years of experience managing project activities and installation teams from beginning to end of project lifecycle

  • General Familiarity with MS Office, AutoCAD and Adobe
