General: This part-time position will develop, implement and maintain a Property Governance system at Atlantic Test Ranges (ATR) using Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) as the Accountable Property System of Record, (APSR). Work will be performed through the Optical Systems Branch of ATR.
Specific Requirements and Duties:
Establish a governance structure for Accountable Property (to meet annual audit requirements as identified in SECNAVINST 5200.42)
Establish a property management structure for Property Plant and Equipment (PP&E) and Operating Materials & Supplies (OM&S) as outlined in NAVAIRINST 4340.5
Ensure compliance with NAVAIR’s current Property Governance Implementation Plan
Assist in development and implementation of life cycle management practices for all accountable equipment
Assist in development and conduct of Navy Enterprise Resource Planning, (ERP), role-based training for property management
Assist in the implementation of Navy ERP as NAVAIR’s Accountable Property System of Record, (APSR) at ATR
A minimum of 6 years’ experience in performing the stated functions is required.
In depth understanding of Procurements, Material Management, and Property Governance is required.
Experience with Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (Navy ERP) as the Accountable Property System of Record (APSR) is a must.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is required.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Conditions will vary. Most work is performed in enclosed buildings, but some outside work may be required. Work will include sitting, standing, walking, lifting and reaching. Applicant should be capable of lifting 50-100 lbs. assisted by other employees.
Applicant must possess a valid driver’s license.
Selecte will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
A Security Clearance is not currently needed to perform the duties of this position, but favorable adjudication of a background check is required and selectee must be eligible to obtain and hold a Secret clearance if requirements of the position change.
