Production Lead

Job Description:

  • Provide oversight and training to the Technicians, including remedial training when required.

  • Monitor high priority requests and exceptions to normal workflow, and create and maintain CPI (Centralized Production Intake) documentation.

  • Other job duties:

  • Log the production in CFTC’s eDiscovery Tracking System.

  • Virus scan the production off-network, using multiple virus protection software and other tools.

  • Follow specific protocol and procedures when handling various types of documents.

  • Analyze the productions to determine what type of processing is required of them, and which protocol to follow.

  • Monitor a CPI Inbox for incoming productions arriving via email.

  • San and OCR the documents in preparation for loading into Relativity.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a government security clearance to include an extensive background investigation.

  • Must have three (3) years of experience in litigation support, electronic document discovery processing and forms of production

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

  • Previous experience managing centralized production intake is preferred .

  • Experience in managing multiple tasks such as those defined in the job description.
