Technical Exploitation Lead/Program Manager

PAE is seeking a Technical Exploitation Lead/Program Manager to support the National Media Exploitation Center(NMEC) in the Washington, DC area

The Technical Exploitation Lead/Program Manager will collaborate with the Government Lead as required to create and maintain a detailed work plan to include specific tasks, assignments, task dependencies, milestones, and schedule for all tasks, as well as updating the work plan as necessary and report project status. The Technical Exploitation Lead/Program Manager will also work with senior program leadership to establish and implement program goals and provide key performance metrics to establish a strategic baseline and will create and maintain a detailed work plan to include specific tasks, assignments, task dependencies, milestones, and schedule for all tasks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or STEM discipline and at least ten (10) years of related technical and project management experience or a Master of Science degree in Computer Science or Master of Science Degree in a STEM discipline and at least five (5) years of related technical and project management experience.

  • Project Management Professional certification (PMP)

  • Experience in conducting Computer Forensics, DOMEX, and Intelligence

Analysis

  • Experience in Project Management and requirements documentation

  • Experience in planning and forecasting resource needs

  • Experience requiring strong interpersonal, organizational, interpersonal and communications skills

Highly desired qualifications

Industry standard forensic certifications (e.g., EnCE, ACE, CCE, GIAC)

Experience in hardware configuration and network/data communications

Experience in software engineering and scripting

Experience in law enforcement evidence seizure

Experience conducting intelligence analysis and writing finished intelligence reporting
