Global Supply Chain Management (GSCM) System Administrator

Job Duties:

  • Provide functional system administration for all Global Supply Chain Management (GSCM) systems to include Deltek CostPoint, IBM Maximo, Microsoft SharePoint, and serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for the support of the Deltek environment;

  • GSCM system administration, which includes security, trouble-shooting issues, and interacting with internal users.

  • Assist program project teams with project set up, workflow management, standard code set-up and system interfaces for transition projects in the Procurement Module;

  • Support system upgrades from a GSCM system view. Work with functional team to ensure system capabilities are in tack during upgrades and data migrations.

  • Assist with configuring new functionality, testing, training and the rollout to production.

  • Provide reporting support through multiple reporting tools that supports Procurement Management Metrics and business objectives.

  • Train users on the navigation and the general features of all GSCM systems, to include providing valuable input to the training team on the development of instructional material.

  • Collaborate and consult with end-users and colleagues to support these systems;

  • Serve as a liaison and provide hands on technical assistance requests coming from users (requisitions, project managers and buyers);

  • Train new users (Requesters, Receivers, project managers), request access, set up buyers in the system and keep track of training, dual roles and user access.

  • Support system automation and digitalization projects.

  • Monitor system performance and data integrity.

  • Support all system interfaces through Pre-processors, API’s and Web integration Consul.

Educational Requirements:

  • Due to the nature of our work, U.S. Citizenship is required.

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred with a concentration in Supply Chain or Information Technology.

  • 5-7 years of experience with Supply Chain Software and ERP Systems. Deltek experience preferred.

  • Technical and business communications skills including written documentation and presentation preparation and delivery.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Training experience for software systems.

  • Candidates should be self-directed, highly-motivated, and flexible to perform in a changing and dynamic environment.

  • Candidates must be open up to travel (approx. 25%).

  • Experience in a government supply chain environment preferred.

This position will be based out of Ft. Worth, TX or Marlton, NJ.
