All Source Intelligence Analyst

All-Source Intelligence Analysis Support :

Position is located in Afghanistan

Shall function as a part of an intelligence analytical team of military and/or DoD civilian analysts in support of USFOR-A, TAAC and Special Operations Joint Task Forces (SOJTF) supporting the CJ2 staffs' analytical requirements. Subcontractor personnel shall be responsible for:

  • Perform all-source intelligence analysis related to military actions, insurgent activities, economic and political activities, and threats to regional stability.

  • Research, develop, present, and publish all-source intelligence products at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels.

  • Analysis, reporting, and database management and dissemination of IED and C-IED mission analysis briefings and annexes,

  • High Value Individual targeting products,

  • IED threat network nodal analysis,

  • All-source exploitation of documents and media from operations and detainees.

  • Researching, developing, presenting and publishing all-source intelligence products at the tactical and operational level.

  • Perform all-source exploitation of documents and media from operations and detainees. Coordinate with outside organizations such as DIA Office of Exploitation (STE) and CONUS-based DIA NMEC for exploitation/analysis when required. Author, publish, and

  • Disseminate IIRs in applicable databases.

  • Providing input to multiple Government requirements and objectives,

  • Assisting with the analysis and production of various intelligence products specifically focused on Threat Awareness, Force Protection, and Indications and Warnings (I&W), CIED, COIN, and targeting, while supplying analytical support for senior Military leaders

  • Attend informational, collaboration and intelligence meetings as required. Prepare notes and provide expertise for weekly analyst exchange meetings. Prepare collection requirements for weekly ISR coordination meeting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Five years analytical experience at the tactical/operational level within DoD or equivalent Government agencies.

  • Associates Degree OR four years equivalent relevant experience Proficiency in utilizing basic intelligence computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development, including MS Office Product Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).

  • Strong research and writing skills and capability to effectively operate as a member of a strategic level analytical team in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.

  • Requires submission of an unclassified analytical writing sample on Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iran, Al Qaeda, the Taliban, the Haqqani Network, ISIS, or the HIG (250 word minimum) with resume

  • Be capable of effectively operating as a member of an analytical team from a remote location in support of CJOA-A requirements

  • Briefing skills to include the ability to clearly articulate information

  • Requires former MOS 1N, 35F, 350F, 18F, 35D, 34A or service equivalent.

  • Current Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Desired qualifications and/or experience –Experience in either CT, Afghanistan/SWA regional issues, HUMINT, CI or military analysis
