Work with subject matter experts and review/test tools to prepare standardized technical manuals, procedures, SOPs for use in training sessions/seminars with MEGA management/staff and other users. Require knowledge of databases/applications, as they relate to program requirements; and ability to communicate technical subjects to non-technical staff.
Assess/interpret highly complex information from ad hoc research tasks from multiple sources and create marketing materials and/or presentation slides. Work with marketing team to ensure that documentation meets product requirements. Build knowledge/understanding of researched products, services, technology, and concepts; and, develop user guides/reference materials for presentation. Require independent judgment to determine which information is necessary to convey program data to management.
Draft, review, edit and QC responses to Task Order proposals and RFPs. Coordinate with key POCs to ensure complete, accurate, and timely responses. Require a solid understanding of program requirements, response formats, turn-around times, and key stakeholders for each proposal.
Maintain a daily invoice status report for submission to management and Finance. Require specific knowledge of overall program pricing and budgets; individual division requirements and format for submissions; and key contacts for both PAE and the divisional customers.
Monitor RFP site to pull/confirm receipt of Task Order bids; and, disseminate to appropriate lead(s) for review/consideration.
Assist in confirming candidate qualifications by creating labor category requirement matrices for submission to customer(s) for approval. Require a solid understanding of contract requirements, response formats, turn-around times, and POCs responsible for each position.
Compile a weekly summary report on wins/losses/pricing/EBIT review by management. Require knowledge of the contract, Task Order bid process, and timeline.
With limited oversight, update/maintain data in web-based platforms, such as SalesForce, SharePoint, CostPoint, and Effacts. Require knowledge of various databases, and the ability to update them.
Prepare graphics; organizational charts, statistical graphs/charts, and research metrics, as required. Create reports based on requirements/requests with input from management. Require judgment and program knowledge to design and deliver reports demonstrating department and status progress. Require a solid understanding of contract requirements, contract deliverables, and deadlines to develop new reports and formats.
Perform ad hoc requests, as needed.
At least two years of experience in writing a variety of documents including SOPs, user guides, procedures.
Experience preparing materials to be used in training, for reporting, or for distribution required.
At least one year of experience in automated litigation support strongly preferred.
Excellent writing and communication skills; and standard documentation formatting skills are of paramount importance to this position.
Must be able to state complex ideas or concepts simply and clearly.
Hands-on familiarity with the Government's IT environments, including office automation networks, and PC based databases and applications.
Should be an expert user of word processing, spreadsheet, imaging, and telecommunications systems
Undergraduate degree is strongly preferred.
