Subcontract Administrator

Successful candidate will have subcontract management and procurement experience working in a dynamic task-order environment. Experience will include support to multiple IDIQ contract vehicles with task orders of all contract types (Int’l, T&M, CPFF, CPIF, FFP-LOE, and FFP); partnering with business development on new business pursuits; finalizing Non-Disclosure Agreements, Terms and Conditions, Teaming Agreements, Statements of Work, providing a quick turnaround on awarded task orders; and work as a liaison between contracts and multiple functional and Operational leaders to maintain compliance and ensure preparedness for all USG audits and review.

Subcontracts administration experience must include all contract types, proposal preparation and review for compliance; identifying and vetting qualified teammates and negotiating work share and contract terms and conditions, and demonstrated responsiveness in a multiple IDIQ environment.


  • 4 Year Degree in business, supply chain or equivalent preferred.

  • Five years working experience in the government services industry.
