Accounts Payable Supervisor
PAE is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor in Marlton, NJ. This position will be the main liaison for Accounts Payable day-to-day activities in the Shared Services - Accounts Payable function. The Accounts Payable Supervisor will report directly to the AP/AR Manager and will have oversight of 6 AP processors.
Provide day to day direction, guidance, and coaching to the AP team, including participation in performance and development discussions.
Actively participate in the development, implementation and maintenance of systems, policies, procedures and job aides
Identify and assist in implementing process improvements to drive greater efficiency and productivity.
Work with both internal and external customers to resolve invoicing issues
Assist in formalizing and executing monthly department metrics
Partner with Treasury and Global Supply Chain on working capital initiatives
Assist, lead and perform other projects and/or duties as assigned.
Bachelor of Science in Business, Accounting or related field. In lieu of a college degree, a minimum of 3-5 years Accounts Payable experience with 2 years in a lead/supervisory role.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook. Advanced knowledge of Excel required
Deltek CostPoint and Cognos reporting experience a plus
Demonstrated commitment to outstanding customer service and the ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate ability to build relationships and partner with team members and cross functional team members
Detail orientated individual with strong problem solving and organization skills
Ability to effectively multi-task while working under pressure to meet deadlines
Professional, responsible, self-starter who can work independently
Flexible with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
