PAE, Inc Project Analyst in Marlton, New Jersey

PAE Inc. is currently looking for a qualified Project Analyst in Marlton, NJ. The Project Analyst is part of the Shared Services Finance Team and reports directly to the Shared Services Finance Manager. This position works closely with accounting and business/program management.
Setup and maintain project structures in Deltek Costpoint System
Troubleshoot billing and revenue issues related to setup
Support new contract wins in development of project structures
Set up and process Multi-jobs and Intercompany Work Orders (cost transfers)
Perform analysis of open billing detail (unbilled costs)
Perform analysis of cost in excess of funding (at risk)
Review and document project setup changes
Process and post revenue
Set up and process updates to report tables in all databases
Assist Business Management with project-related reports
Enter and process revenue adjustments as part of monthly close
Prepare and analyze related monthly reports
Post invoices prepared by the billing team
Support related audits
Maintain related desk top procedures
US Citizenship required
Accounting Degree or equivalent/relevant work experience
Experience with Deltek Costpoint highly desired
Must be analytical, detail oriented, and organized, with well-developed written and oral communication skills
Must work in process-driven environment with ability to identify/initiate process improvements and efficiencies
Must be able to work independently, self-review, can multi-task, meet deadlines and work effectively with multiple priorities and new assignments required
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
