O&M Training Manager

PAE seeks a Training Manager with experience establishing facilities and base Operations & Maintenance (O&M) training programs, to include curriculums, training schedules and program operations. This position is based in Kabul, Afghanistan.

The GIRoA Training Manager shall have, at a minimum, the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school in construction management or project management or equivalent;

  • A minimum of five years of project management experience in the types of services required by this solicitation in DoD contingency operations; logistics and life support services, public works or construction management. Equivalent experience includes, but is not limited to, similar experience obtained as a member of the United States Armed Forces;

  • All necessary background checks and credentials for operating in theater;

  • Proficient in the use of spoken and written English language;

  • Working knowledge of applicable Federal and Host Nation laws and DOD directives and instructions, as they apply to the region specified in this contract.
