Electronic Countermeasure Field Service Representative

PAE seeks a Electronic Countermeasure Field Service Representative for a potential opportunity in Somalia.

Duties include:

Responsible for developing and conducting ECM equipment training. Conduct training in the areas of operating the ECM system in mounted mode and dismounted mode, basic trouble-shooting of the system, capabilities of the system mounted and dismounted, employment of the

system, mounting the system, and dismounting the system.

Train, assist and support in maintaining ECM equipment and building the capacity to properly employ, maintain and sustain ECM.

Accompany and train mentees during route clearance and offensive maneuver convoy operations to ensure ECM is operating effectively and are employing the ECM equipment properly.

Assist RCP with planning and coordination in support of joint operations with DOD.


  • Requires education/formal training equivalent to the completion of a two-year technical degree or trade school equivalency as well as two or more years’ experience in ECM systems. Equivalent professional experience may be substituted in lieu of education

  • The ability to troubleshoot at the ECM system at component level.

  • Demonstrated experience with electronic test equipment, hand and soldering tools, voltage or amperage measuring and recording devices.
