Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Cost/Schedule and Performance of multiple Task Order

  • Lead a matrix organization with geographically dispersed team

  • Coordinate and participate in working group meetings, IPT sessions, in-process reviews, etc.

  • Deep understanding of Radio Communications and Networking

  • Lead the required subject matter expertise team for programs briefs, program plans, presentations, documentation and diagrams in support of the programs, operations and management initiatives

  • Manage the PWS tasks, CDRLs and reporting requirements for the contract, supervise personnel, manage the timeliness and accuracy of the schedule and required deliverables, and make suggestions for improvements of any potential problem areas

  • Coordinate regularly with the COR for overall contract performance/schedule/cost satisfaction reporting

Qualifications:

  • 5+ yrs experience working with or for PEO C3T and management of military hardware/software systems and subsystems

  • 5-7 yrs experience in support of a series of Army, Joint, and Combined experiments, demonstrations and exercises that will help define the concepts, requirements, doctrine and equipment for the continued digitization and transformation of the Army.

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or a related scientific or technical discipline

  • Experience in integrating multiple PEO C3T equipment to include WIN-T, JBC-P, Mission Command, and/or Tactical Radios

  • Expertise in two or more tactical Command, Communication and Control systems

  • Requires Top Secret security clearance
