Title: Site Manager – Army Medical Training

Description: Site Manager for an Army contract providing medical training, logistics, maintenance and administrative support to Reserve, Active Component and other military service branch units. One available position in each of the following locations: Camp Parks, CA; Ft. McCoy, WI; Ft. Gordon, GA.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Oversee the coordination and administration training site activities, including planning, organizing, leading, and controlling training activities

  • Manage and support the collection of various performance metrics in an effort to identify areas of process improvement and systemic or individual weaknesses, vulnerabilities, or inefficiencies on the training site

  • Allocate and control resources for unit-specific training and exercise support needs, coordinate with key customer personnel to identify specific training needs

  • Work cooperatively with stakeholders and Program Manager to monitor individual performance and provide frequent communication to promote instructor development

  • Use medical training expertise developed professionally and on-the-job to complete the majority of work independently

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 8+ years’ experience in Medical Service Corps

  • Must have Deployable Medical System (DEPMEDS) experience and understanding of Army Combat Support Hospital (CSH) medical equipment, configurations, maintenance requirements and equipment training

  • Must have significant experience with Army medical training requirements and be familiar with Army Medical programs of instruction and training plans

  • Prior experience in collective team train-up and deployed Combat Surgical Hospital

Desired Qualifications:

  • Prior service as Chief Wardmaster, senior medical skills instructor, or lead medical training officer
