Document Management Analyst I

THIS SCA POSITION PAYS $18.74/HOUR WITH AN ADDITIONAL $4.27/HOUR FOR HEALTH AND WELFARE

Job Description:

Manages all logistics for training programs offered by the Professional Development Office (PDO):

• Coordinates with presenters, including sending calendar invitations and gathering materials in advance of the training.

• Identifies and reserves appropriate facility.

• Ensures that training room computer is operational and works with IT as necessary to troubleshoot issues.

• Sets up training space prior to training and cleans up room after. Moving tables on wheels and chairs is required.

• Prepares handouts, agendas, sign-in sheets, evaluation forms, and other required documents in advance of trainings. Ensures the smooth and efficient functioning of PDO training programs, including arranging and operating technical equipment and creating PowerPoint presentations with the use of Turning Point, graphics, audio and video clips as requested by presenters.

• Maintains records of training, including scanning documents for preservation and ensuring that electronic documents on the S drive are organized, accurate, and complete. Organizes and orders supplies.

• Works with PDO Deputy Director to prepare requests for CLE in a timely manner using approved forms and procedures. Processes all paperwork regarding CLE forms at the conclusion of each training event.

• Serves as the administrative contact for the PDO, which includes attending meetings for Civil Rights Division "Staff Assistants"

• Provides on-site support for non-PDO trainings.

Qualifications:

Must a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
