Program Manager

The Program Manager(PM) serves as the overall contract point of contact and is responsible for coordinating all activities for the contract, to include being the primary point of contact for the client. The PM must have the ability to communicate effectively with client and company senior leadership, and provide management support for multiple teams at facilities throughout the United States. In addition, the PM is responsible for all contract deliverable reports as well as to ensure the completion of all other contract activities.


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience: Ten (10) years of progressive experience.

  • A Master’s degree or higher may be substituted for two (2) years of experience; however, experience must include Eight (8) years managing and administering contracts or projects.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office products.

  • Ability to successfully achieve and maintain favorable adjudication of client conducted background investigation.

  • Ability to travel to various sites within the continental United States


  • Advanced degree

  • Active Project Management Professional Certification
