PAE is seeking a Project Manager to support a technically focused effort for DHS USCIS. Work will be performed on-site in Washington, DC and requires US Citizenship and a security clearance. This effort requires PMP level expertise, experience supporting training and technology programs, and ability to lead a team through iterations, change evaluations, and system roll-outs. Qualified candidates will have prior experience supporting charters, business plans, and project plans for IT efforts.

Qualified candidates will have the following:

· US Citizen

· Current Secret security clearance (DoD/DHS/DoS)

· 7+ years of project management including oversight of personnel and resources

· Bachelor degree in a related field from an accredited university

· Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification

· Experience supporting government contracts at the DHS, US Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) is highly preferred

· Experience supporting decision facilitation and security reviews to achieve Authority to Operate (ATO)

· Ability to management and maintain program management governance documents, structure, and artifacts

· Experience developing baseline documentation and maintaining / updating existing projects and guides

· Ability to develop and deliver project reporting

· Proficiency with technical writing

· Experience with database / tool reporting and expertise supporting financial and staffing applications

· Experience with data management / analytics is highly desired
