PAE is seeking an Project Manager (PJM) in Wilmington, DE to manage all site personnel and provide supervision. Reporting directly to the Program Manager the Project Manager (PJM) represents the organization to local and senior client staff on technical and administrative matters. The PJM provides management responsibility for the local office, which includes oversight of the administration/operations, facilities and administrative functions. The PJM supports the Program Manager in planning work assignments and employee hiring. In this position the PJM ensures scheduled tasks are completed timely, meets routinely with client staff regarding specific program activities, resolves problems, issues and conflicts that potentially arise. Provides technical guidance and leadership to site employees and is responsible for program direction through successful performance of a variety of technical and management activities.
Education: B.A/B. S in Business Management or equivalent degree in an associated field from an accredited institution. Ten (10) years of progressive supervisory experience may be substituted for a degree.
Experience: Eight (8) years of project management and supervisory experience.
Working knowledge of Microsoft office products.
Ability to successfully achieve and maintain favorable adjudication of client conducted background investigation.
Ability to travel to various sites within the continental United States if required
